天津黑利伯瑞国际学校升旗仪式：拥抱和平 共享蓝天

　　每年的10月24日是世界联合国日。联合国创建于1945年世界反法西斯战争胜利的凯歌声中。它致力于促进各国在国际安全、经济发展及实现世界和平方面的合作。因为有了联合国，世界才能更加和谐安定，我们人类才能更加团结和平。清新的空气，碧蓝的天空，10月21日清晨，黑利伯瑞组织了一场以“世界联合国日”为主题的升旗仪式活动。活动的意义在于让学生们了解联合国组织存在的意义，以及它是确保环境的可持续能力，促进全球合作发展的重要组织。今天升旗仪式由初中部李淇琛、陈思禹两位同学主持。

　　初中部刘怡彤同学为今天的升旗手做简要的介绍。

　　伴随着铿锵有力的国歌，五星红旗冉冉升起。升旗仪式上，通过师生演讲号召全体学生从身边的小事做起，共同创建文明和谐的校园，让“团结、友好、平等、和谐”的精神永远闪耀在我们的身边，美丽的校园沉浸在浓浓的感恩情怀中。

　　Dear leaders, teachers and students, good morning.

　　I am Mrs. Koneva, and I am happy to join with you today to know more about an important event coming soon. This is the World Unites Nations Day.

　　United Nations Day is observed annually on October 24. It is the anniversary of the founding of the United Nations in 1945.

　　The United Nations, as an organization, is well known to just about everyone around the world. They participate in activities ranging from assistance in times of disaster, both those coming from natural disasters and those caused by the wages of war. They offer medical assistance to those in need in these places, as well as providing clean water, food, and places to rest and recover.

　　After World War I, it was decided that a treaty was needed to prevent another world war, so the Treaty of Versailles was created. This treaty was signed on June 28th, 1919 in Versailles, France and it was essentially supposed to be a League of Nations to prevent further outbreaks of war, to encourage diplomatic solutions and to encourage negotiations between countries. It was also supposed to improve the quality of life for people all over the world. However, the League of Nations failed to prevent World War II, so it was decided that a different approach was needed to keep the world from repeatedly plunging into war.

　　Developed toward the end of World War II, On October 24, 1945, the United Nations charter was officially ratified – thereby creating the agency. 3 years later, in 1948, the U.N observed United Nations Day for the first time.

　　Today, United Nations Day acknowledges and commemorates all that the U.N stand for in the world. many schools all over the world celebrate the diversity of their student body by honoring United Nations Day. These celebrations often include cultural performances that include dancing, music, presentation, and food from different countries.

　　Today marks the 72nd United Nations Day, which UN leaders say is meant to highlight the grave importance of sustainable development. Ban Ki Moon, the former secretary-general of the United Nations, ensures that the United Nations has 17 goals to achieve by 2030, all of which are aimed at creating a better life for everyone on earth.So take a moment today to consider the incredible impact the United Nations has had in every corner of the globe for more than 70 years.

　　我是来自9yellow班的于宗瑶，我很高兴今天和大家一起了解一个即将到来的重要日子——世界联合国日。每年10月24日是联合国日。今天是1945年联合国成立周年。

　　联合国作为一个组织，几乎为全世界所有人所熟知。他们参加的活动范围从灾难时的援助，包括自然灾害和战争造成的援助。他们为这些地方的需要者提供医疗援助，并提供干净的水、食物和休息康复的地方。

　　第一次世界大战后，人们决定需要一项条约来防止另一次世界大战，于是凡尔赛条约诞生了。这项条约于1919年6月28日在法国凡尔赛签署，本质上应该是一个防止战争进一步爆发、鼓励外交解决和鼓励国家间谈判的国际联盟。它还被认为可以改善全世界人民的生活质量。然而，国际联盟未能阻止第二次世界大战，因此决定需要采取另一种办法，防止世界再次陷入战争。

　　发展到第二次世界大战结束时， 1945年10月24日，《联合国宪章》正式批准，从而成立了该机构。3年后的1948年，联合国首次庆祝联合国日。

　　今天，联合国日承认并纪念联合国在世界上所代表的一切。世界各地的许多学校通过纪念联合国日来庆祝其学生团体的多样性。这些庆祝活动通常包括来自不同国家的舞蹈、音乐、表演和食物等文化表演。

　　大家早上好!

　　10月24日是世界联合国日。联合国的宗旨是维护世界和平与安全世界人民为这一目标做着不懈的努力。

　　联合国建立后，呼吁世界和平的声音一直没有中断过，但是世界并不是我们希望的那么太平。两伊战争、海湾战争、巴伊战争，“9.11恐怖事件”在近现代依然此起彼伏。

　　翻开历史，哪一页不侵染着战争的血迹?这些战争使得一些国家和地区的人民笼罩在战火中，儿童没有平静祥和的学习环境，百姓没有和谐安全的家园。

　　战争对国家社会从经济到政治带了巨大的损失。瑞典和印度学者统计，战争给人类造成了巨大的灾难，损失的财富折合成黄金，可以铺一条宽150公里、厚10米，的环绕地球一周的金带。到了二十一世纪，战争仍然没有消失。海湾战争，使百万人丧生，其中60多万名是5岁以下的儿童!看到这惊人的数字，令我们心痛不已。我们需要和平，我们期待和平，我们向往和平。让我们大家一起去创造的践行联合国建设和平世界的宗旨。

　　October 24 is World United Nations Day. The purpose of the United Nations is to maintain world peace and security, and the people of the world are making unremitting efforts to this end.
