　　有多少个环节啊?从选材、洗菜、切配开始，一直到烧制、推送环节，“每个环节我都去‘盯着’”。难怪!刚才想乘开饭前找他聊聊，没见他的人影。每餐推送前他一定在厨房或是什么切配间吧!他在那里“盯着”。
